FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Deposit & Payment Terms
25% of the contracted minimum is due with the signed contract. 2-3 additional deposits will be set up and the final payment will be due 7-10 business days prior to the wedding festivities. Group shall also provide a contingency deposit for additional items or services requested and provided during the event, equal to 20% (Contingency Fee) due on the same date as the final pre-payment. The Contingency Fee will be credited toward any additional amounts charged for additional items or services requested while onsite, and, if applicable, any other outstanding amounts owed by Group to the Hotel. Any portion of the Contingency Fee remaining after payment of such additional items will be refunded.
Wedding Planner & Coordinators
In order to ensure a seamless event, a Professional Wedding Coordinator is required and is the responsibility of the Wedding Couple. During the planning process, a Professional Wedding Coordinator is able to assist you with preparing the countless details for your special day. Wedding Coordinator must be present a minimum of 3 hours prior to the start of ceremony/reception (whichever is first) until the contracted end time of reception.
The Hotel requires the Professional Wedding Coordinator for the following:
- Coordinate Wedding Rehearsal
- Provide Hotel with Day-of Timeline (no later than 14-days prior to event)
- Coordinate/Manage Wedding Ceremony (if held at the Hotel)
- Placement and Removal of ALL décor/items provided by Wedding Couple
- Removal of all Gifts and Cards after Ceremony and Reception
- Coordinate/Manage Wedding Reception
- Communication with all Wedding Vendors
Guest Count Guarantees
First estimate of final count is due 14-days before the wedding. Final guarantee is due 7 business days before the wedding. However, if you have your guest counts before the 14-days, we will gladly accept the count as soon as you have it.
Wedding Menu Tasting
Menu Tastings will be scheduled for all weddings with a minimum of $10,000 or more approximately 3-5 months before the wedding. Tastings are complimentary for two (2) guests. Any additional guests will be $150.00++ per guest.
Menu tastings will cover the cocktail hour menu (i.e. hors d'oeuvres or stations), entree selections and optional Late-Night Snacks.
Resort Parking
Valet and Self-Parking Services are available for all guests staying or not at the Hotel.
FEES:
- Day of and Overnight Self-Parking: $20.00+
- Day of and Overnight Valet Parking: $38.00+

Wedding Vendors
All vendors must be licensed and insured, along with submitting a Certificate of Insurance (COI).
Vendor Meals are available, starting at $42.00 for a Boxed Meal, or $56.00 for a plated entree.
*All fees are subject to 27% taxable service charge and 8.25% sales tax
Weather Call
Weather can be unpredictable at times. All outdoor events are subject to the Weather Call Policies. A weather call will be made 6-12 hours prior to the event. Double sets are available for an additional fee.
Guest Room Information
Check-In Time is 4:00pm | Check-Out Time is 11:00am
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out requests are based on availability.

Use of Pyrotechnics
We do allow the use of pyrotechnics in specific predetermined locations. We will need you to confirm the specific type of pyrotechnic (indoor sparkler fountains, fog machines, etc.), along with the exact time frame that the pyrotechnics will be taking place.

Collaborative Diagramming
A collaborative program that helps you and your Event Manager design professional create customized room diagrams and seating to design the best room layouts for your event. You can make your own edits to diagrams to ensure room setups match your vision.

Hyatt’s proprietary group reservation process with customized links to allow your guests to book online within the group block. It also gives you the ability to view reports through the Hyatt Planner Portal.
